Brady Sullivan is seeking an Entry Level Commercial Real Estate Broker with expertise in the New England  retail market. This person will perform all retail leasing activities while identifying and developing a strong network of tenant, broker, and owner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Canvas prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Implement strategies set forth by brokerage team leader.
• Schedule and conduct site tours.
• Gather relevant market data to help prepare market surveys and/or marketing material with our marketing team.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will possess a high level of tenacity, along with the energy and ability to close transactions.
• Must have a professional presence along with strong presentation skills.
• Be able to thrive in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be reliable and self-sufficient; a self-starter.
• Have analytical and creative problem-solving ability.
• Have a strong proficiency with the entire MS Office.
